The home is conveniently located near the Frank Sinatra Gate for easy access and is close to the pool and hot tub, making it the perfect desert escape.
This amazing condo does not disappoint. The open concept layout is convenient and perfect for entertaining, with the spacious living room open to the dining area and kitchen. The two bedrooms sit on opposite ends of the home, providing peace and privacy.
Each bedroom has a king sized bed with access to two full sized bathrooms. The remodeled kitchen is equipped with all of the cooking essentials and the built in bar is perfect for pouring cocktails and enjoying them on the balcony. The outdoor furniture and BBQ make for the perfect place to relax and enjoy the wonderful desert breeze.
All guests must be preapproved and called into the gate for access. The 2 car garage is available to park in but must be closed when not loading and unloading, you can also park 2 cars in the driveway. There is no overnight parking on the street. Your unique entry code to the front door will be messaged to you before your arrival.
Desert Falls Country Club is a beautiful, private club with lots of great amenities. Close to desirable restaurants such as Morton's Steakhouse, and full access to the Desert Falls Country Club's wonderful amenities. These club amenities include access to the fitness center, tennis, pickleball, and golf tee times can be purchase when available. Close to festivals like Coachella and Stage Coach, Indian Wells Tennis Tournament, Agua Caliente Casino, and more!You are expected to abide by all house and community rules at all times. Guests are responsible for any damages, violations, fines, or towing incurred during their stay. Such violations include but are not limited to noise, pets, theft, and trespassing. \
