Close to festivals like Coachella and Stage Coach, Indian Wells Tennis Tournament, Agua Caliente Casino, and more!

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, standing shower, detached bath tub, and back patio access. The other 2 bedrooms both have queen sized beds, one of which has a full bathroom.

The outdoor patio has a covered dining table, lounge chairs, and a bbq.

All guests must be preapproved and called into the gate for access. The 2 car garage is available to park in but must be closed when not loading and unloading, you can also park 2 cars in the driveway. There is no overnight parking on the street. Your unique entry code to the front door will be messaged to you before your arrival.

Desert Falls Country Club is a beautiful, private club with lots of great amenities. Guests will have access to the fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts, as well as the snack bar/dining. The 18 hole, championship golf course is available to the public as well.

You are expected to abide by all house and community rules at all times. Guests are responsible for any damages, violations, fines, or towing incurred during their stay. Such violations include but are not limited to noise, pets, theft, and trespassing.
