The primary bedroom has a king size bed, the second and third bedrooms both have queens. All three bedrooms have their own TV's so that you can enjoy your favorite shows or movies in bed after a long day of relaxation.

The primary bedroom's bathroom has a separate bath tub and shower, the second bathroom has its own shower/tub combination, and the half bathroom in the hallway has a toilet and sink, all the bathrooms are equipped with basic toiletries.

This home is walking distance from a pool and hot tub, a short drive to desirable restaurants such as Morton's Steakhouse, and has full access to the country clubs wonderful amenities. There are bicycles for your enjoyment in the garage. The golf cart in the garage however is not for guest use. You are expected to abide by all house and community rules at all times. Guests are responsible for any damages, violations, fines, or towing incurred during their stay. Such violations include but are not limited to noise, pets, theft, and trespassing.
